Recognized computer-qualification equivalents include diplomas from UGC-recognized universities/open universities, DOEACC/NIELIT diploma-level exams, Government Polytechnic Modern Office Management courses, Government ITI COPA certificates, and degrees such as B.E. (CSE/IT), MCA, BCA, or B.Sc./M.Sc. (IT/CS). A plain B.Sc./B.Com. with only one computer subject is not accepted on its own. Age Relaxation: Ex-servicemen get their actual military service period deducted, provided the resulting age does not exceed the upper limit by more than 3 years. MP High Court/District Court contractual employees with 5 or more years of equivalent-post service get relaxation equal to their service period, provided the resulting age does not exceed 55 years.
Reservation and maximum-age relaxation apply only to original residents of Madhya Pradesh. Candidates from outside MP, including OBC/SC/ST/EWS candidates of other states, must apply under the Unreserved category.

Selection Process
Selection for MP High Court Assistant Grade-III is conducted in two stages, followed by document verification and a medical fitness check.

Duration is 120 minutes, in MCQ format. Exam centres are proposed at Jabalpur, Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, Sagar, Satna and Ujjain. Candidates qualify for the skill test at approximately a 1:5 ratio per category (all candidates tied at the cut-off are also included). Preliminary exam marks are used only for screening and are not added to the final merit.
